Matthew Davies Shares Games You Can Play Outside with Your Kids

Introduction
Playing some outdoor games with your kids is a great way to spend your weekends. These fun activities will help you to foster a deeper bond between you and your kids. Also, do you not love to see that huge smile on your kids’ faces when they realize it’s time for some fun? Now, if you are short on ideas, don’t worry. My friend and a father, Matthew Davies will share some outdoor games that you can play with your children.

I remember playing the game of tag and hide and seek with my father when I was a kid. I still cherish those memories in my heart. In order to share the same experience with my kids, I play with them every Sunday evening. You can do so too if you want to make your kids more energetic and build a deeper bond with them.

The Games
Here are some games you can play outside with your kids -

1. Hide and Seek - Nobody can deny that ‘hide and seek’ is a classic game and incredibly fun to play. The rules of this game are very simple, and you don’t need any equipment. One of the players has to become the ‘it’ and count to a number (10) while closing their eyes. While the ‘it’ is counting, the players have to hide. In order to become safe, the other players have to tag the ‘it’. However, if the ‘it’ can spot the players first, then they will win the round.

The best thing about this game is that it is equally fun to become the ‘it’ and hide as well. Also, there is no restriction on the player count. The game is very fun to play in different locations, with friends and family members.

2. Tag - This is also a classic game and is very simple to play. You can play with any number of people and there is no need to carry any equipment. The game starts by one of the players becoming the ‘it’. Then all they have to do is run around and tag the other players. The other players will try to run and get away from the ‘it’. Once the ‘it’ tags a player, the player becomes the new ‘it’.

3. Outdoor Twister - This is a version of twister that you can play on your yard. The rules are pretty simple, and you can get creative as well. All you need to do is spray-paint the different color circles on your yard. You only have to do this once and you can play it every week until it is time again to mow the lawn.

Make sure to clear the play area of any junk objects or sharp particles that may hurt the payers and your kids.

4.Blind man’s bluff - This is also a very popular game that is very fun to play. It is similar to the game of tag with only one difference. In this game, the ‘it’ wears a blindfold and tries to tag the other players. It is important to play the game in a safe play area and under the supervision of adults as the ‘it’ may hurt themselves if not careful.

Conclusion
All the games listed above by Matthew Davies are equally fun to play. If you have never played these games, be sure to try them with your kids and enjoy the moment.

Matthew Davies Shares Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Let Fear Hold You Back

Introduction
Fear is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it is crucial for your survival. However, if you let it control you, it can also ruin your life. A few years ago, I met Matthew Davies at a self-help seminar, and he helped me to get rid of my fears. I cannot thank him enough for bringing such a positive effect on my life. In this article, he will share some reasons to let you know why you shouldn’t let fear hold you back.

The one thing that you should always remember in your life is that you shouldn't let your fear rule over you. Instead, make it a habit to control your fears so that you can move ahead while other people cower and hide.

The Reasons
Here are some reasons why you shouldn’t let fear hold you back -

1. It will help you to live your life to the fullest - Fear can make even the most talented, skillful or capable person doubt their abilities when they have no reason to do so. It can cast a shadow over your confidence and make you believe that you won’t be able to succeed. Thus, it can cripple you for life.

Do you really want to live a life like that? I hope not. Living in the veil of fear will not let you live the life you want to lead. In order to live your life to the fullest, you must overcome your fears.

2. It will help you to grow - Anytime you encounter or must do a thing that lies beyond your comfort zone, you may feel a sense of dread or fear. Most people decide to give up when they face such a situation because it is very difficult to swallow your fear and move ahead. However, in doing so, you will not be able to grow. You will not be able to know what you can do or how much you can grow in life.

Thus, in order to become a better version of yourself, you must get rid of your fears.

3. It will help you to live your life without any regrets - How many times have you wanted to do something but couldn't do it out of fear? Do you regret not doing it now?

If you are like most people, the answer is yes. Sometimes, we avoid pursuing our passion in life because of the fear of failure. However, even if you try and fail, you will be able to console yourself. Better yet, you will succeed unless you give up. However, the regret of not even trying something because of fear is the worst.

4. It will make your life exciting - Fear can make your heart beat faster and make you a little scared. It can arouse a sense of urgency inside you and even help you understand the real priorities in your life. Doing something that makes you a little scared can also make your life more exciting. It makes you appreciate your life more.

However, if you live a life where nothing can make you uncomfortable or scared, you may become bored or fall into depression. Nobody likes to lead a mundane life. It is the ups and downs in your life that makes life beautiful.

Conclusion
It is amazing how much you can achieve once you get rid of your inner fear. Matthew Davies believes that we all have the power to face our fears and achieve greatness even in the face of difficulties.
